General
Two Bit Arcade and Two Bit Games provide online games and services to you subject to these Terms of Use. By creating an account and/or by using these services you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use. Two Bit Arcade is growing and evolving so please periodically check back for updates to this document.

Your Account.
In the use of most of the services on Two Bit Arcade we give you the option to create a user account. When you create an account you must provide certain information including a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are responsible for all activities that occur using your account. You will immediately notify Two Bit Arcade of any unauthorized use of your account. Two Bit Arcade creates a unique user ID number for each account that is unrelated to user provided information. We use this number for all upkeep and accounting purposes.

Tokens
Most transactions on Two Bit Arcade are negotiated using "tokens". There are two types of tokens available. Pay tokens are purchased from Two Bit Arcade, while free tokens are provided from time to time at no charge. We reserve the right to delete accounts with no pay tokens that have not logged in for 30 days or more. Tokens are deducted from user accounts to purchase online goods and services. When available, pay tokens will be used before free tokens. Tokens may not be sold or otherwise transferred between accounts. Tokens have a cash value of 1/1000¢ or the lowest value allowed by law, whichever is greater.

Purchasing Tokens
Two Bit Arcade charges 25¢ per token. Package deals may be offered where a number of tokens are provided for a cost less than this figure per token. In that case a number of pay tokens to match the price paid will be deposited to the purchasers account with the remaining total made up of free tokens.

Account Termination
Both you and Two Bit Arcade have the right to terminate your account at any time. You acknowledge and agree that terminating your account is your sole right and remedy in the case of any dispute with Two Bit Arcade. In the event of an account termination no refunds will be given for unused tokens.

Software
You will not attempt to disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any software or systems related to Two Bit Arcade. This includes games, movies, scripts, and the high score system. Doing so is cause for immediate termination of your account.

Confidentiality
All information or content provided to us in the course of using the site is to be considered public information. Please see our privacy policy for more information.

Information
Two Bit Games does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any information available on the Two Bit Arcade web site. Two Bit Games does not authorize the use of information available from our web site for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

Periodic Maintenance
From time to time Two Bit Arcade will be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or other causes. Two Bit Arcade may, at it's own discretion, provide refunds in the form of free tokens to accounts whose in progress games are interrupted. No further refunds will be given for any reason.
